Foxy home, off-street parking, new remodel!

We have stayed in a number VRBOs as well as competitors and i have to say this was one of the best experiences I can remember.The place was very clean, all the furniture was in excellent condition, and the beds in particulars were very comfortable.There a lot of amenities that you will appreciate here: -Good kitchen with all the utensils and pans and other items you will need. Hint: bring the portable heater down from second floor in the winter. The kitchen will stay toasty.-White noise machine for bedroom. Penn Aveue just outside the front entrance can get noisy. With that on and the curtains closed, we alept for 8 hours a night.-The thermostat is new and very responsive. In the winter with temps in the 20s we slept at 68⁰ and were very comfortable. Bumptrd to 70-71⁰ during day.Good throw blankets to curl up inGood selection of board games to use.The back parking spot is excellent. Use it!Love the bathroom products, soap, conditioner and shampoo.Excellent laundry facilities on third floor. Yes they have detergent pods and dryer sheets!.Showers worked well. More than enough hot water.Alexa speaker in kitchen.TVs everywhere.Dining room table seats 6 but we were easily able to add two more spots.Very responsive host before, during and after visit. Very quick and easy departure.

Newly remodeled and very well done. All the amenities you could ask for and more. Nice front porch and back patio with fire pit. 3 nice large bedrooms and 2 full bath. Great stay!

Super place. Great location and neighborhood. Front porch with rocking chairs & back yard with a firepit. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable stay, one of the only VRBOs will good mattresses and comfortable couches! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Modern decor created a nice atmosphere and the place was spotless. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently. I did need to buy a pack of sponges for the sink. Aldis across the street was so convenient. Rod noise from Penn Avenue was noticeable at night but sound machines wee provided in every bedroom. Very thoughtful. Beds were very comfortable. The location was good for us as it was central to what we needed. Parking was no problem. The host was very responsive when needed. Go for it!
