Hot Tub, King Beds, Driveway, Fire Pit, EV Charger

We had 8 of us from all over the Midwest and East Coast to attend a ceremony for our daughter at Duquesne. The property was exactly as pictured in the listing - although I didn’t recall a hot tub, which was a nice surprise. We don’t have an EV, but if we did, the electric charger in the back would have been a lifesaver. Kitchen is well stocked, wine cooler works well. Love the QR codes that show how to use the various pieces of equipment … we needed it for the oven.The layout was really good for us - our teen wanted to “do their own thing”, so camped in the front room with the TV there, and the rest of us hung out in the kitchen/family room area.There are two A/C units, so the upstairs stays temperate even on hot days/nights.There is one off street parking spot, that is actually on a different street, but is directly behind the property and is super convenient, as you just come in the back gate, rather than the front door.Carson Street is walkable, and has lots of restaurants and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes.The property manager is very professional, responses were timely to any questions, and there was never any doubt about the process to check in or check out.Would definitely rent this property again if we had a large group.

Very well-maintained home with lovely furnishings and decor. Directions and labels are ample throughout the house to make operation of appliances etc. very user friendly. We loved having the off-street parking. The home is within walking distance of Carson Street with restaurants etc., but still within a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

House is great. Off street parking is a big plus (with a charger). Easy checkin and checkout. Highly recommended.
