Off-Street Parking, 2 Full Baths, Great Patio!

We had a great stay. The house is clean and well maintained. All the basics are provided: coffee, creamer, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning and laundry supplies. We were there for a full week and never ran out of anything. The sofas and beds are very comfortable; the bedding is impeccable. All appliances are easy to use (instructions are provided, if needed). There’s plenty of room for hanging out outside of the bedrooms. If you have mobility issues, there are the typical steep Pittsburgh stairs to access the bedrooms upstairs and the washer and dryer downstairs so keep that in mind. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Having a washer and a dryer is a definite bonus. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of local spots within super easy walking distance for coffee, bagels, breakfast and delicious diverse eateries for lunch/dinner. We walked everywhere except for the grocery stores which were within a 3 mile drive. The off street parking behind the home is a major plus and you can access the home easily from there. Communication with the host was easy. One of the best parts is there is no list of chores to be completed when you check out. Simply start the dishwasher and lock the door behind you. You gotta love that! We will definitely stay here again.

Nicely updated property. Very clean. Supplied with everything we needed. I appreciate that there was plenty of room for our belongings, and it wasn’t overstuffed with decor or owners’ belongings. Family of 4 with teens. Short drive to Carnegie Mellon for college tour. Walk to Geppetto’s on Liberty for great breakfast. Amazing omlettes. The stairs are a bit steep. Fine for us but may not work for an elderly person. The upstairs bedrooms both have doors into the upstairs bathroom in a Jack and Jill set up. Worked good for us but may lack privacy if traveling with two couples or non family?

Beautiful place.

This home had many modern amenities , and was very comfortable. Parking was a huge plus.Location was fantastic. Staircase to 2 beautiful bedrooms upstairs is a bit steep, but can be navigated carefully with the sturdy handrails. We would rent this home again
