Beautiful Home, Outdoor Space, 2 Floor Privacy!

Positive: Awesome view of Pittsburgh. Place was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Negative: The steps inside are rather treacherous but this old couple managed to manage them. Downstairs hall and shower floors have soft spots that need repaired. Outside alley entrance needs to be cleaned up. We didn't mind the visit from the mouse in the kitchen. Please don't kill it. Best to figure out how it got inside. There were open windows when we arrived. Cleaners need to check before they leave the property. Ok, you asked, I answered.

Positive: Lots of space, easy place to rest up and feel comfortable. easy guide on house stuff, wifi etc. Hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. Neighbors were kind as well Negative: Location didn't play out as well as we hoped but that's not really on the host or anything. Pgh is weird with streets and getting around was a little more than expected.

we were in for Pitt spring graduation and found this listing late in the game and what a wonderful find. Pictures may be a little confusing on line but it is a two level (stairs connecting inside) with one bedroom taking the bottom floor with its own bathroom, fridge, tv area and the upstairs having the full living/kitchen area, the other 2 bedrooms (one with single bed) and bathroom. it was very clean and had a cool vibe to it. Family who stopped by thought it was a great place as well. surrounding area from the university to the house may look a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe. there is a very friendly coffee shop we walked to one morning. its really a great location that is very close to Pitt (drivable 5 min), close to strip district, and very easy to get downtown. There is plenty of on street parking. Chad our host was very easy to communicate with. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.
