The house was perfect and communication with the host was great.

The house was immaculate! Neighborhood was great. Only a 7 min drive/uber to convention center. Our teenage sons loved the game area leading right to the hot tub. We will definitely book again.

Here’s a breakdown of the pros and cons:Pros:•Four large, nicely furnished bedrooms.•Three bathrooms, all with showers (no tubs).•Smaller game room that leads to a patio with a hot tub, which we enjoyed.•Large TVs in each bedroom for those who like to watch TV.•Convenient location for exploring Mt. Washington.•Property managers were helpful and quick to respond.We didn’t explore the outdoor area much due to the cold weather, but the hot tub was definitely a plus.Cons:•The sit-down dining area is small, fitting only four people comfortably.•There are lots of stairs because of the three-level layout.•The driveway is steep, and there are stairs leading to the front door, which might be a challenge for some.Overall, the house met our needs and offered a comfortable stay.
