Pet Friendly ★ Butler St. Apt ★ Private Entrance

Positive: Great location. Plenty of places within walking distance. In a quiet neighborhood and pet friendly with a park just a couple of blocks away. Negative: Everything was great.

Ideal accommodation in the Heart of Lawrenceville Positive: Owner is someone with my retentiveness, starting with the Digital Entry. Appliances were top of the line, as were the TVs and accommodations. Negative: Nothing worth mentioning

Mejor de lo que esperábamos, la TV es enorme!! Muy bien equipado, lo recomiendo Positive: Muy bien ubicado en zona de boliches. Lugar tranquilo pero con poca aislación. Si estás cansado, ni te enteras de los equipos que sonaban toda la noche, creo que era el aire del boliche de enfrente. En general, muy buen lugar, más de lo que esperaba. Negative: La aislación y que no supimos cómo abrir las ventanas para ventilar

We were looking for a nice play to stay while visiting our daughter in the area. This apt. on Butler St (#2) of a renovated building of six apts., definitely had pros and cons. The Pros: Great location (right on popular Butler St.), pet friendly, nicely decorated, extra touches with amenities, comfortable bed and apartment. The Cons: While the location on Butler is a plus, it has its drawbacks - noise level. Being on the corner of a bustling street like Butler, you have a bar right next door and surrounding restaurants. Since apt. 2 is on the main level to the street, there is a lot of late noise from the bar and people walking by, then the trash and delivery trucks Very early in the morning - which is understandable. The shared laundry is Right below you, and the people going up/down the steps to the other apartments is also loud! (Only a door separates the apt. and the steps. Can hear Everything.) If you are a late night person(s), no problem! A situation did occur in which we contacted the property manager. Instead of offering compensation towards that stay, a discount was offered for a future stay at one of their properties. “It’s not the mistake, but how it’s handled.”

Perfect gem in the heart of Lawrenceville Positive: Super clean apartment. I hadn't expected it to be so big (with 3 rooms) and the location is amazing. The kitchen looked really practical, and even has a dishwasher. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great pressure. The apartment has 2 TVs, one of them is humongous in the bed room. I ended up feeling a little poorly from a cold and stayed a whole afternoon in bed, and was happy to have that TV. Parking around is pretty to find. Lots of nice restaurants around, we would definitely want to go back again and get the same place. Finally, the hosts are super reactive and we felt like if we needed anything, they would help in a heartbeat. Negative: Nothing, it was great
